About Chi Wedding Duo

We are a live Chicago-based duo bringing together two expansive musical backgrounds to create intimate music for your weddings and special events.

 

Daisy Klimala is a vocalist with a background in contemporary music, drawing influence from soul, jazz, and modern acoustic styles. Daisy has worked with many of pop’s top-notch producers and studios across the country, generating over 160k streams on her own music. She can be heard sharing her sounds across Chicago at notable venues such as Schubas. Giri Peters is a multi-award-winning instrumentalist coming from roots in folk and blues, now playing and producing for artists across all genres. Most notably, he has performed for thousands of people at venues such as the Ryman Auditorium, City Winery, The Grand Ole Opry, the Kennedy Center, and many more. 

 

Together, we create smooth stripped-back arrangements of various songs, blending guitar and vocals in a way that feels warm, intimate, and inviting.

 

Our sets are tailored to each event, whether it is a ceremony, drinks reception, or wedding breakfast. We want to help create a relaxed atmosphere that enhances the moment without overwhelming it.
